The right cabinetry should do more than fill a wall. It should make your space easier to use, provide storage where you need it, and feel like it belongs in your home.

Southern Repair & Renovation offers both custom and semi-custom cabinetry, giving homeowners more flexibility when choosing the right combination of design, features, and investment for their project. We help with the details that matter:  from measurements and layout to cabinet style, finish, storage features, and installation.

Whether you're planning new kitchen cabinetry, a bathroom vanity, or cabinetry for another area of your home, we'll help you create a solution that works beautifully with the space around it.

Custom or Semi-Custom? We'll Help You Find the Right Fit.

There isn't one cabinetry option that's right for every home or every project. That's why Southern Repair & Renovation offers both custom and semi-custom cabinetry.  The best choice depends on your space, design goals, storage needs, timeline, and the level of customization you're looking for.

Semi-Custom Cabinetry

Semi-custom cabinetry offers a wide range of door styles, finishes, sizes, and storage features while using established cabinet configurations.

It can be an excellent choice when your space works well with standard or modified cabinet dimensions, and you want plenty of design flexibility without requiring every cabinet to be individually built.

Semi-custom cabinetry may be a good fit when you want:

• A broad selection of styles and finishes
• Useful storage upgrades and accessories
• Quality cabinetry with established sizing options
• Flexibility without fully custom construction

Custom Cabinetry

Custom cabinetry gives us greater freedom to design around unusual dimensions, specific architectural details, unique storage needs, or a highly individualized look.

Because the cabinetry can be created specifically for the space, it may be the better option when standard configurations don't achieve the design or function you're looking for.

Custom cabinetry may be a good fit when you need:

• Cabinetry designed around specific dimensions
• Unusual layouts or architectural conditions
• Highly specialized storage
• Unique design details or finishes
• A cabinetry solution created specifically for the room

You Don't Have to Decide Before You Call

Part of our job is helping you understand your options. We'll look at your space, priorities, and project goals and help you determine whether custom cabinetry, semi-custom cabinetry, or a combination of the two makes the most sense.

Laundry, Pantry & Utility Cabinetry

Make everyday spaces work harder with cabinetry designed for organization and easy access. Laundry rooms, pantries, mudroom-style storage areas, and utility spaces can all benefit from thoughtful cabinet planning.

Kitchen Cabinetry

Create a kitchen that works better for the way you cook, gather, and live. We help homeowners plan cabinetry layouts, storage features, door styles, finishes, and details that complement the entire room.

Bathroom Cabinetry

From single vanities to larger storage solutions, bathroom cabinetry can add both function and character. We can help you choose cabinetry that fits the room, provides practical storage, and works with the overall bathroom design.

Specialty Cabinetry

Some spaces call for something beyond standard kitchen or bathroom cabinetry. We can help plan cabinetry for home offices, beverage areas, coffee stations, dining spaces, media areas, and other places where attractive storage can improve the room.

Cabinetry That Looks Good and Works Better

Cabinetry should complement the style of your home, but the details inside the cabinets can be just as important as the way they look. We can help you consider the door style, finish, hardware, cabinet configuration, and storage features that make sense for your space and the way you use it every day.

Style & Finish Options

Your cabinetry can help set the tone for the entire room. Depending on the cabinetry line and project, options may include:

  • Painted and stained finishes

  • Shaker, Slim Shaker, Flat panel,  and other door styles

  • Full-overlay, Partial overlay, and inset configurations

  • Decorative panels and finished cabinet ends

  • Glass-front cabinetry

  • Coordinating trim and molding

  • Hardware selections

  • Specialty finishes and details

Rather than choosing cabinetry in isolation, we look at how the cabinets will work with the flooring, countertops, lighting, appliances, hardware, and other finishes throughout the room.

Storage Features Worth Considering

Thoughtful storage can make a significant difference in how easy a kitchen, bathroom, pantry, or utility space is to use.

Depending on your project, cabinetry can incorporate features such as:

  • Deep drawer storage

  • Pull-out trash and recycling

  • Tray and baking-sheet storage

  • Roll-out shelves

  • Pantry pull-outs

  • Drawer organizers

  • Spice storage

  • Corner cabinet solutions

  • Appliance storage

  • Soft-close doors and drawers

  • Bathroom organization

  • Charging or small-appliance areas

You don't need every available feature. We'll help you focus on the options that actually make sense for your household and how you use the space. Planning new cabinetry? Let's talk about the features that would make your space work better.

Our Cabinetry Process

Every project is different, but most cabinetry projects follow a similar path.

1. Consultation

We start by discussing your space, what you would like to change, how you use the room, and what you're hoping to accomplish.

2. Measure & Plan

We evaluate the space and begin developing a cabinetry layout that considers both appearance and function.

3. Select Your Cabinetry

We'll help you work through options such as custom versus semi-custom cabinetry, door style, finish, storage features, hardware, and other details.

4. Finalize the Project

Once the layout and selections are confirmed, we finalize the cabinetry scope and prepare for ordering or fabrication.

5. Installation

The cabinetry is installed with attention to fit, alignment, trim, panels, and the surrounding finishes.

6. Final Details

We complete the finishing details and review the cabinetry with you before the project is considered complete.
